Trading Terminology Members - Speaking on what changed them

What inspires us?

We have been proudly analyzing companies and other people all this life.

Let take this weekend to analyze ourselves. Today, we members of trading terminology went down the memory lane to identify what changed us. I am glad and overwhelmed to share our thoughts as below.

Deepa: The change in me from this to that to back to this.

πŸ‘‰ My grandma used to come to my school to pick me up. I had noticed that she used to always give something or the other to the ones who used to beg.

*I thought it is good to give to fellow human beings*

πŸ‘‰ My school teacher once said, you should never give to the ones who begs. They become lazy in life and live on others money. They are capable of doing work but don't do because we feed them. Secondly most of them spend on things that are bad for their health like liquor, smoking etc.

*I thought it is bad to give to fellow human beings*

πŸ‘‰ Fast forward: Year 2016: I told my dad, why are you giving money to begger? They are lazy. They should work instead of begging like this. My dad told me what my grand ma told him. He said, Beta, person is coming and asking for something because you have it and you have a capacity to give. If God has given you a capacity - why you want to withhold it? Instead fulfill it.

I argued, what if they are using for bad things. He said, who are you to judge what is good or bad for the fellow being? Secondly, what if he is using to fulfill basic necessities of the family? Just because few use it for something that you feel is bad, doesn't mean all are same.

Every individual is different. Every individual is living their purpose.

*I thought it is good to give to fellow human beings*

One story - and my mind changed from this to that to back to this. Which is right and which one is wrong - I have stopped thinking on that.

Balesh Daga: I always belief in one concept. Do the good thing and forget. If you keep on thinking that this will give you something in return, you have done a transaction, or business.
But if you give without any sense of return or payback, that's the real giving. So just forget it. Yes, just dont give the cash. Give anything that can be eaten. Or make them eat as much as they want.

Deepa: You are right Balesh. However, purpose of story is not to analyse above situation. Purpose of story is to analyse what in life made you change your decision from certain point to some other point and back to original and lessons learned.

*What brought a change in you. Anything that motivated you*

Balesh Daga: The only thing that motivates me is giving.
Knowledge sharing is also same. Making an illiterate literate is also giving.. In short do the good. And good thing give you mental satisfaction. What else needed.

Deepa: Balesh : is there anything that made you change from Point A to Point B and back to Point A

Any triggers that made you change?

Balesh Daga: I'm sharing you my personal experience.
There is a place in UP Called Barabanki.
Every year in the month of January, an organisation perform Catrate and some other operations at free of cost. Actually my grandpa's friend was the part of that organization. He forced me to go with them so just 3 years back I went with them.
You won't believe that there was team of 1 docs with 20 helpers went there and do around 2500 operation in span of 8 days at free of cost.
People who come there have no sense of clothing. Many of them didn't bath for ages I guess. So dirty n smell comes from the body. But still, docs n we did the operation with a prescribed way with all necessary medical formalities being completed.

The real thing was serving them. Their living, the crowd comes with them. Their faith, trust..what motivates me.
Inspite of being or having nothing, they were happy, they wanted to live. And we here in our official times, ignore them.

That's changed me that no matter how big I becomes, giving will not be stop. God has given us, we have to give it back. The simple formula. And rest of things, I don't think or belive it. I'm stubborn person.

Deepa: Amazing service. Keep the good work always growing.

I see the change in you - you have become more mellow instead of stubborn - to serve the people and humanity

Kunal SunilKumar: Totally agreed bhai .... God has given so much to us & has been so kind to us ... It's now our turn to serve d society & humanity ....
Well done sir .. hats off .. πŸ™πŸ™

Kunal SunilKumar: So many times the people I have helped, have always backstabbed me. Then I stopped helping them in any way. A few more days I thought , that if I stop, what's the difference between the backstabbers and me. So from that point of time, I kept my thinking simple , NEKI KAR , DARIYA MAIN DAAL .... Now am happy ... ☺☺

Deepa Bhatia: Perfecto - the change - in you I see is that you don't want to be a backstabber.

Kunal SunilKumar: Exactly ... As Sri Krishna ji has told many a times , KARAM KAR , FAL KI ICCHA MAT KAR .... thats become my motto .... Although I know all these sound too heavy , but I keep doing as much as I can .... πŸ™πŸ™

Deepa Bhatia: Commandable

Sometimes I get tired of working.

Next time when I will be tired - this lady will inspire me to work more - thanks for sharing

Vivek Berry: This is true because if u do selfless karma the fruit will automatically come

Dheeraj Magdum: I give only when the one who asks has a disability.... the maid at my office is 65 years old whose children earn more than 1 lakh per month ... she says she still works not for the money but because that's what she is .... so if a 65 year old woman can work only with intention of honest work then ones who beg, if they have all their body parts at right places deserve absolutely no sympathy at all. Irrespective of what they use for

And the best part is she doesn't work only at my office ..  she said when she lost her husband with 3 children back in the day she used to work at 12 places in a day and now even after everything perfectly fine she still does 4 jobs

Deepa Bhatia: Dheeraj - I agree with you. However I would also add - we declare and give our judgement based on what we see. And we always believe our judgement is correct.

I believe - now - if someone is asking you something - it is simply because you have the ability to give - how the other is using or misusing it - is not our job - our job and duty is if I have - I should give.

Vyas: Every quarter me and my father oraganizes free blood sugar ,blood pressure  and Heath check up camp

My father's is doctor he examine patients and I am pharma stockist
I distribute general medicines totally free of cost. Many people here say  you are doing this to have popularity, those people don't understand  my father is 73 years old. How can popularity help him?

Deepa Bhatia: Ignore the noice - let the good deed continue with a smile

Dheeraj Magdum: Let's try and convince Gates and Buffet your logic and ask them to give everyone on this planet a 100000 dollars ... problem solved πŸ˜‰

Deepa Bhatia: Purpose is to change myself - not others -

Shiny L: you can only inspire others, the only thing possible is change yourself, well said πŸ‘

Dheeraj Magdum: Sorry but I will never agree to " give just because you can give " ... it's just not the way I've grown up

Deepa Bhatia: Sure. Not a problem at all.

We are here not to debate on what's right or wrong.

We are here to discuss what brought a change in you

Others can get inspire from the stories - take it and implement in their life

Rest can just scroll, read and ignore

It's individual choice -

Dheeraj Magdum: True true ...

Rakesh Khandelwal: They may be physically fit but it nit means that they mentally fit. U can't compare some one to another

Deepa Bhatia: Individual choice Rakesh.

You tell us. What bought a change in you

Anoop Goyal: There is one spiritual place in up mathura,my family use to go there, sometime me also.
Once during a trip I saw my family along with many other people milk and ,,prsad,, are serveing to goverdhan parvat. Due to this a lot of milk was creating unbearable smell.even it was difficult to stand there for a moment.a lot of wastage of resources even these milk could use for drinking for poor people  that was flowing through the drain  from that istant I never use prsad or other material for serving the good.I love to worship for never with these sacrament .

Deepa Bhatia: Ok Anoop agreed on your point of you that milk can be served to human

But when it go out in drain - how can you say it is wastage?

There are worms in drain - they need food too - can this milk be help to them? Just asking -

Anoop Goyal: Nature give many things to worms for survival but I think milk are more valuable to drain it. It can be use for other purpose

Shiny L: will share something which is registered only in my mind, good opportunity to share,  this is from my college days, doing that extra bit for your pocket money, was working and was at brabourne stadium, reported very early at 6 in morning, was inside the cricket stadium n waiting for things to proceed, i saw this young guy drive in with maruti red 800, some one helped with his parking, he moved on to the security gates but was stopped by the guards, he had his kitback wit him, he politely asked, dont you know who iam, he said Iam Sachin Tendulkar, he still was not allowed to go in, in was quite an experience when i was staring at a legend outside the gates n me who had nothing to do was inside, he did not show any anger, he waited patiently and someone helped him inside aftet 10 mins, was quite a lesson in humility, in mumbai those days he was a huge star and he went on to become this huge star and a source of happiness,  did help ne change myself, helps a lot if you are grounded n humble to people aroundπŸ‘

Deepa Bhatia: Being humble is a key.

I was very very stubborn person 15 years ago.

You can compare me with any daughter of the house who is princess and gets what she wants. I was blessed with great friends too at that point of time who used to pamper me.

I used to think - whatever I say is right and I should get it all.

I have changed a lot now - ofcourse meeting people and hearing their success stories helps to make you grounded.

Shiny L: just to continue on my experience,  it was a double wicket tournament n Sachins partner was Vinod Kamble, Vinod was supremely talented and should have not only reached where Sachin is today but would have made even greater heights, people from Mumbai would easily relate what a phenom he was, in the match Sachin got out 4 times on the boundry n Vinod cleared the boundry with ease for same number of times, being humble n all tge hardwork took a person right to the top, talent is what talent does πŸ‘πŸ™

Rakesh Khandelwal: Mai matar paneer se bhi 3 roti khata hu or chatni se bhi 3 hi.

Kisi ka sapna hai beti ki 50 lakh ki shadi karna or kisi ka sapna hai beti ki shadi karna

So dont compare any one to another.

We compare any thing to our ΰ€Έΰ€Ήूΰ€²िΰ€―ΰ€€

Big gadi or bangla kisi ki saflata ho sakti hai but it not means that he is samazhadar

Rakesh Khandelwal: What is the critaria of success? Who is successful or who is not?

Deepa Bhatia: Rakesh - relax. We are not here to debate individual choices.

I am here to ask what bought a change in you.

Share that, if there is anything.

Think and analyse your life

Rakesh Khandelwal: Deepa - i m relaxed
But this is the matter
How i analyse my life, for that i waNt to compare it. I dont want to compare.
I think u r the best. He is the best & i am also best

Its just my view
Plz suggest if u can

Deepa Bhatia: My view - compare yourself with yourself and bring out what bought a change in you and share that

Comparison of your today with may be yourself as 5 years or 10 years back

Kunal SunilKumar: Bhai , giving doesn't mean only financial means ... Giving can be in so many other forms .... Some give money , some give physical service , some give time .... At d end of d day , it's all about what have u given back to society ...

Shiny L: Correct, its what step best you can take, you take the step or you dont, its the individual choice

Rakesh Khandelwal: But sir last day society only knows who give money.

Time & phisical service dene wale ki koi value nahi hai.

Samaz or socity is the most enemy of ours.

Deepa Bhatia: *Guys share your experience - that bought a change in you. No pin pointing on why others think the way they think*

Shiny L: πŸ˜€πŸ˜€, You can control everything wit your actions, do things which is in your control, do the best, watch 3 idiots πŸ˜€

Kunal SunilKumar: Agreed sir ... Even I have faced such things ... But am not worried sir .... End of day God has seen who's doing wat , so no worries ... Follow dis principle & u shall stay happy as well continue selfless service .... Atleast tats wat I follow ... πŸ™πŸ™

Shiny L: also read Kautilya, a brahmin who changed everything without anything

Balesh Daga: For what it's worth: it's never too late or, in my case, too early to be whoever you want to be. *There’s no time limit, stop whenever you want. You can change or stay the same, there are no rules to this thing.* We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. And I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you never felt before. I hope you meet people with a different point of view. I hope you live a life you’re proud of. If you find that you’re not, I hope you have the courage to start all over again.

Shiny L: Have a clear n precise objective, if you read Dee msgs you will see, she has a clear objective so to achieve it, you just have to jump over daily obstacles, most of the people dont have goals n objectives, in a confused state of mind its difficult to reach anywhere

Siddharth Doshi: Completely agree with it. Tx deepa for taking all the efforts in organising and keeping group active. Thanks to Puneetji πŸ™

TANMOY DEY MALLICK: Every year me and 11 of  my friends organise a Food Camp for the needy in a very very remote place in the Birbhum district of West Bengal. This place is one of the pith of Goddess Kali known as Ma Fullara (Near Shantiniketan) this place is  also native of our current President Mr Pranab Mukherjee,  you won't believe the condition of the people out there they are very very very poor people and for the food they will come around 5 to 6 miles walking. We arrange for nearly about 2000 people to have food in a day, the entire cost is being paid by 12 of out friends. This is a small thing I know but it gives immense pleasure to us because in some way maybe  we're trying to do something for our brothers and sisters who does not have money to even arrange good food for a day.
This year also we have planned for it in the month of July

Deepak Mahajan: Same I had now stop analysing what is good and what is bad. Start living with my principles. To be always positive and to help needy. To live a life with a purpose of helping needy

Deepa Bhatia: Perfect thought and principle. Keep it up.

Charanjit Walia: Hi Deepa and Puneet .. here are the few words I have to say for you both ..!

Charanjit Walia: A guide is one who shows , or indicates the way to others . He is an influence on your behaviour , as he steers and directs you towards a goal .

A guide will help you turn your face towards the sun and let all your shadows fall behind you.

Guide helps you even , when there is no path , yet leave a trail , so others can follow .

You guys are fabulous and doing great work !

You are a driving force for me and many .. And a Guide , who is leading by an example .

Deepa Bhatia: Thank you Charanjit for your kind words.

Please share your story - what bought a change in you?

Sudhansu bhol: Dear Puneetji, Deepa Mam n all Group Members! I just wanted to share my childhood experience to all it happened when I was 12 years old n today I am 50, I think this will guide me till I die................. This is a small story I was told in my Std 7. There lived a bramhin in a small village. He was very truthful and honest. Once he performed a yagnya for betterment of the society after the yagnya late in the night his wife felt like urinating n due to darkness she did it in the holy yagnya place. But came to know about it immediately after doing n just wanted to check if anyone had saw her etc early in the morning. To her surprise she found a big Gold brick there, grabbed it immediately n told her husband about it. Husband suggested to use it for the poor villagers but failed to convince her wife. They became rich n as the ladies never keep the secret the news passed to others n they did the same to get gold n became rich. The Bramhin smelt that the village is going to enter a bad phase as people became luxurious n forget humanity, we must leave this village his wife told. We can't said the Bramhin the village will see worse things if we leave. But they had to as the wife forced for it. They left for the town but were not able to as they lived there for very long. Suddenly they turned back n found the whole village burning. The bramhin realized that after his leaving only sins were left n it was he due to which the village were there.
[4/15, 10:58 AM] sudhansu bhol EqTech-473: The moral is, Do believe in yourself. Always do the good deeds n you never know how much you contribute to the society. Please be honest to yourself n you can be a reason for making the society better. Be yourself n a better person in this society. The world needs you, please contribute.

This story guided me for my whole life till today. I am sorry I missed the details n finer points for trying to make it short. Those who want to discuss about it with me are most welcome.

Deepa Mam, thanks for making this effort it gave me immense pleasure to share this n review myself.

Deepa Bhatia: πŸ™ thank you for sharing the story. I hope we all learn from each other's experience

Sudhansu bhol: I am very emotional abt it mam. Feel like I am in Std 7 again. This story guided me n today I am a owner of a good business house.... Whenever I am confused I remember this story

Deepa Bhatia: 😊

Hari Sundar A: Probably most of the experiences here were as a giver, but mine is on the other side. My family was under very bad financial crisis. Dad's health deteriorated. We were not able to afford for his medical expenses. Our relatives helped us a lot, we are now better than the previous situation. Myself and my brothers are working now. Wanted to earn good money, and would like to help those who are facing crisis like what we did. Maybe for their basic needs like food, shelter, clothing & education.

Sudheendra G S: All the bestπŸ‘πŸ‘

Hari Sundar A: Thanks for your heart Deepa mam & Puneet sir

Deepa Bhatia: Pain changes us positively always.

Hari Sundar A: Very true πŸ‘πŸ»

Rahul Rana: My mere source of inspiration is the mother nature who knows only one thing giving
viz. trees bearing fruits, plants bearing flowers and so on and not asking for anything in return from human beings.
Secondly, meager rememberence of the eternal truth that we r mortal and have a short period
to be here on this earth makes more humble and benevolent simple because every material things
we are trying to acquire/gather/accumulate will be left here only and we r gone. when you are aware
of the truth then why to fret and give unnecessary focus, attention and getting too much attached with
materialistic stuff in short our life is temporary and hence to be devoted for the betterment or for good
deeds rather than vice, selfish and self centered thoughts. if any one wants to invoke inspiration just visit
cremation ground atleast once in an year. this will act as an catalyst for an individual to be more motivated
towards doing good things rather than wrong ones. - Rahul Rana

Deepa Bhatia: Bitter truth of life -

Yogini Nene: I have gone through a lot in my personal life, disagreeable relationship, love found to be lost, separation, a kid to take care of and as an effect huge career setback.

I was trying to find that ONE way to relieve myself from all this. After a lot that happened I have now learned, that *diverting all your energy into your work* is the only way to create a better person out of what you're.

I have seen myself when I was denied any rating or increments, put in PIP for a month by my manager, sinking into depression.. just 3 years back.

And this year I am promoted and unanimously awarded as a *best performer of the team* by the management - not just one manager.
Handled 2 major projects independently.
Trained 56 associates in excel at work.

Apart from job, I did career planning for 6-7 students, coaching two families on effective parenting, conducted storytelling workshops for 500 kids at a school..! My kid not be forgotten, with his amazing achievements..!
...I mean really??!

It became possible because of amazing people I am surrounded with. They showed faith in me, pushed me when I wanted to give up, cheer me up when I gave my best shot. My dream project of *''Talk to Transform - with Yogini''* will sooner be a reality only because of these people. (My son is the leader of this clan.. πŸ™‚)

Focus on improvement, take full responsibility - don't blame, and never say I can't.
This makes the girl I am today.

Now work is my worship, my circle of excellent people (incl our admins undoubtedly) is my strength and the Universe is my God.

Deepa Bhatia: Yogini - πŸ™

Shivarajkumar Kuratti: πŸ™πŸΌπŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

Deepa Bhatia: God bless you with many many success in life.

It requires a courage to share your personal life so elegantly and positively.

I have people in life - most successful - yet keep the things that are painful inside them.

Through you to all of them - when you share your pain - it reduces - life is to enjoy - and learn from all the pains it throws on you. When you share your story and experience - I believe it gives chance to both the parties to learn from it and progress for better. Though it is individual choices, yet more you share - more closer you become - in true sense - from soul. Rest all is diplomacy, selfishness and falsehood.

Yogini - hats off to your courage. And I am glad that you shared your feelings with me πŸ™

Shivarajkumar Kuratti: I'm from a Residential School where Government takes care of Food, Accommodation and Schooling up to class X.
There was no one for our guidance after X even my family was not in a position to afford my further studies. Later my brother got a job and Helped me in Completing my Degree.

However each year students keep passing out of the school and The problem still persists.

Me, Chandru and Pavan(my close friends) thought of starting an Association(Non-profit Organization) through which we would Pick Needy Talented Students and We would bear the cost of the College Admission fees(Government Quota), Provide Course Books.

Since last one and half year we are taking care of a student's mess bill who is studying B.Sc. in Agree.
She is a National Level KhoKho player and Her family was not in a position to afford for her education.

Last week we arranged a Education Counselling session for Class X students after their exams, So that it would help in picking up the right course for them going forward.

We have asked the current school staff to suggest 5-10 student's names for this year.
After class X results, We will go to their home to verify the each students economical conditions based on which we will help the students who are actually in need.

I have also been donating small amount on monthly basis to UNICEF organization past 5 years which is helping the needy people across the World.

I feel Giving back to Society is the Mantra for Happiness.

Do Good things and Forget, It will come back to you in Unexpected ways.

Requesting you all to Help the Needy in whatever the ways possible.

I'm Very Proud to share my story with you all.

Thanks to Deepa madam and Puneeth sir for providing an opportunity to share my story on this Platform.

Be Good, Do Good

Deepa Bhatia: I have seen few people who have suffered and want that no one else suffer the same - you fall in that category.

Keep up the good work. Spreading education is one of the noble cause.

Yogini Nene: Thank you for the opportunity to share my story. I wasn't sure whether i want to tell this. But then i thought it might give a direction to somebody in a similar hardships...

Deepa Bhatia: That's the only point of todays question.

When you share the hardships and how you have emerge successfully from it, it give light to the ones who are going through the same. Thanks again.

Yogini Nene: I know you since last year, but I feel now I know you better than before. You are a gem..

BALJEET SINGH: Ma'am, if permitted, i can share some motivational classes by Bk Sister Shivani

Shivarajkumar Kuratti: Sure Madam... Engaging in such activities is making me more Happy.

Mehul Shah: Deepa Mam ....I am experiencing right now how universe connects. Just 1hour back I got call from my friend for his invitation on his Gruh Pravesh Occasion. They two brothers family moving to another 2 Parallel bunglows taken in nearby posh area having plot size of 400 sq. Yrs each in Ahmedabad. Present bunglow is of 200 sq. Yrds two storeyed which we have sold to them while i went to London for 2.5 years in 2001.He thanked us today and memorised the activities my mom was doing of bringing street begger to home and preparing fresh food and serving them unlimited food with hot one by one roti making and all. They also continued humanity work after buying our house and he shares that during all these years they feel Happy, fulfilled, peace of mind, very high financial growth, contributed in religious work and even today all family members are not happy to leave this house. They are planning to give this house free of costs for Jain  religious activities may be for living of Jain Sadhviji (Jain Lady Maharaj). This is the miraculous inspiration chain and i am feeling proud of it.πŸ‘

Mohammed Raj: What goes around comes around !

Deepa Bhatia: Mehul. Sometimes we do somethings without knowing how and what impact that can have on others.

Your mom not only did good deeds by herself. But also inspired others to follow her path.

Unknowingly and indirectly she has made others do and continue the goodness she had in herself.

I am definitely sharing these amazing stories on blog.

Let the world know that there are good people still around in their world.

Kalyug Hai - toh Kya hua - hum sab isko swarg bana sakte Hai

Ek step I will take. Come join my hands and you all take one step too towards the goodness of society.

Deepa Bhatia: Feeling so so happy to be associated with you all.

Readers, we would like to hear from you too. Share what has inspired you and bought a change in you through comment section.
