We have read and heard many times that reaching any goal in trading requires specific domain knowledge and technical skills. But then, after that, it's all mindset management. Yet most people ignore this important aspect. In order to succeed we have to consistently work on

1. Our Psychology, question ourselves often to know ourselves better enabling us to play better
2. In any given scenario only ability we have is to change ourselves.

Today, we ran an exercise and asked our members to quote something that inspire them. We never mentioned to quote on any subject be it on psychology or preparation or success or failure or investing or trading or life or money management. Here is the compiled list of the responses. Responses very well reflect the above two pointers importance

*How should we be*

1. Believe in that each one of us is born to Win. You are born to make difference!!
2. If you don't really have a dream, you can't really push yourself. You don't really know what the target is.
3. Always have unique character like salt. It's presence is never felt, but it's absence makes all things tasteless. 
4. Calmness is a superpower. The ability to not overreact or take things personally keeps your mind clear and your heart at peace.
5. Always remember to fall asleep with a dream and wake up with a purpose.
6. Be an encourager. The world has plenty of critics already
7. Be humble, be hungry, and always be the hardest worker in the room.
8. Don't try to be perfect just try to be better than you were yesterday
9. I don't stop when I m tired I stop when I am done.
10. I have promises to keep and miles to go before I sleep and miles to go before I sleep.
11. Greed is Good. You can be as mad as a mad dog at the way things went, you can curse the fates, but when it comes to the end, you have to let go. You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.

13. To give comfort to your children is your responsibility but to give luxury to them is not your responsibility. if they want to have luxury they should work towards it and enjoy it with their own money.
